Project Details
This American Institute of Homeopathy project was started in 2021 and was one of numerous project, large and small, that was performed for the AIH. This particular project was focused on creating a new website presentation that was more modern and incorporated added functionality to support paid memberships, paid video access and digital publication support.
Additionally, the project migrated an extensive collection of legacy content, both as text and video, from the old site to the new.
The project was implemented on the WordPress platform with a custom design and content structure. WooCommerce was implemented to provide the core functionality for the eCommerce and membership functionality.
Being a not-for-profit, the organization also required a donation capability. That function was implemented utilizing PayPal and was configured to allow either one-time donations or recurring donations (monthly or yearly).
A full analytics and security package was implemented as well to track traffic on the site as well as to protect from intruders and general hacking attempts.
The AIH is an ongoing active client and Simply Works provides all site maintenance.

Established in 1844, the American Institute of Homeopathy (AIH) is the oldest national medical association in the United States. Our membership is open to licensed physicians (medical, osteopathic, naturopathic and veterinary), dentists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have integrated homeopathic medicine into their practice, as well as pharmacologists and pharmacists.
